Fees will apply to Online “Auto Pay” and “Scheduled” Payments
- Enrolling in Auto Pay – schedule your payment for the 1st of the month. Please note, payment is due 20 days from the bill date to avoid a 10% late penalty.
Confirm the credit/debit card or E-check information entered is correct to avoid a return payment fee.

Go to Manage Alerts within the USAGE / Chart Section on your home page to sign up.
This feature will let you set water usage thresholds and receive email or text alerts to help you avoid unexpected high bills.
